Althoug we focus on Proactive service, we also provide Reactive services as well. After all, hardware can fail, systems can become sluggish, and viruses can slip through.  Although we prefer managed service to prevent these types of issues, when a "Break-Fix" service appointment is needed, we are here to resolve the problem quickly.
Our response time is typically less that 24 hours and most issues can be resolved using our secure remote service.
