Proactive Service

proactive  adjective  /proʊˈæk·tɪv/
  • intending or intended to produce a good result or avoid a problem, rather than waiting until there is a problem:
  • The agency decided to take a proactive approach to better serve its clients.

Backup Management...

With the emergence of solid state drives (SSDs), PC and Server performance has reached blazing speeds!
SSDs provide massive storage space at significantly lower costs than prior options. They also provide a significant increase to system performance. (If your current PC or Server do not have an SSD, it is the single most cost effective way to drastically boost performance.)
Unfortunately SSDs also also create an Achilles heal, often failing without warning! Unlike earlier disk based drives that would typically start making noises as a precursor to failure, SSDs can simply die. Data recovery from SSDs is at best a challenge and often impossible for even forensic labs. With this in mind, having a data backup plan is crucial (if you care about your files).
Although Microsoft, Google, and other big tech giants provide free limited cloud storage, your data is held by "Big Brother" and subject to their Privacy Policies. Once you exceed their storage limits, the cost can quickly become unaffordable.

We provide a better alternate with prices starting under $10 for 100 gigabytes (GB) of data, and under $100 for up to 5 terabytes (TB).
  • Complete system image creation (for emergency system recovery)
  • Differential backups (daily file creation and changes)
  • Cloud and local storage options
  • Proactive backup result monitoring options
  • Customizable file selections and configurations
  • Predictable cost
